I wonder how much of this information is actually useful to librarians? 'The "M" Word - Marketing Libraries' looked ok, but I think that the trick must be to either read the entire thing all the time OR never at all. I'll try the latter approach first! That 'Blog about Libraries' - oh man, who is this guy called Steve? And when will he go away??
